321bet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 321bet ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing or using any part of the 321bet website, mobile application, or associated services, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all use of the Platform including account registration, deposits, gameplay, sports betting, withdrawals, and any communication with 321bet support. Your continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 321bet, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 321bet employee or contractor.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

321bet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If a Player is found to be ineligible at any point — including after registration — the account will be closed and any funds involved may be subject to review and forfeiture depending on the circumstances of the violation.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 321bet. Multiple accounts — whether registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or payment methods — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 321bet may close all related accounts and withhold balances pending a compliance review.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your legal name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to 321bet in a timely manner.

321bet uses OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL encryption to help protect your account. You should also take your own precautions, including using a strong password and ensuring your registered mobile number remains under your control.

Identity verification ( KYC) is required before withdrawal requests are processed. You may be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID, a selfie for identity confirmation, or additional supporting documents. 321bet reserves the right to request KYC verification at any stage of your account activity.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 321bet are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, local bank transfers, and local e-wallets. The current list of accepted payment channels is displayed within the deposit section of your account dashboard.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as coming from a third-party source, it may be reversed and the account placed under review.

321bet does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency. These payment methods are not available on the Platform under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit. 321bet reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to Philippine bank accounts or supported local e-wallets registered in your name. All withdrawals are paid out in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held until verification is finalised.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment channel selected and may also be subject to standard banking processing periods. 321bet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Withdrawal section of the Platform.

321bet reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving a withdrawal. This may include requesting further documentation or temporarily placing a hold on the withdrawal while the review is completed. These checks are conducted to protect the security and integrity of player accounts.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment source used for the deposit where technically possible. If the original payment channel is no longer available, an alternative may be arranged subject to verification.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 321bet are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform — in the Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, and Game Lobby sections respectively.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. You are responsible for reviewing your bet selections before confirming them.

In the event of a technical error that results in a game or bet outcome being incorrectly displayed, 321bet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. Winnings paid out as a result of a technical error may be reclaimed by 321bet.

Sports betting odds are set by 321bet and may change up until the point a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that bet.

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at 321bet's discretion — for example, during key moments of a game or when there is uncertainty about the current state of play. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are not affected.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

321bet may offer bonuses, promotional credits, and other incentives to players from time to time. Any such offer is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

Bonus funds and promotional credits may carry wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirements and any other conditions will be stated clearly when the offer is presented.

321bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses or credits obtained through misuse of a promotional offer — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will be voided and the account may be subject to suspension.

8 Player Conduct

Players are expected to use 321bet in a lawful and honest manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or take advantage of identified errors in the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point including KYC verification.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals that are not the result of genuine unauthorised use of your payment method.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 321bet staff or other players.

321bet actively monitors account activity for signs of the above. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 321bet reserves the right to take action without prior notice to the Player, including account closure and forfeiture of balances where the circumstances warrant it.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

321bet may suspend or close a Player's account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A player's own request to close their account.
• A player's request for a self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Identification of an ineligible player (underage, prohibited jurisdiction).

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, the verified account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after any pending reviews are completed.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 321bet support. Any pending bets at the time of a voluntary closure request will be settled according to their outcomes before the final balance is returned.

10 Limitation of Liability

321bet provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 321bet shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Delays in bet settlement or payment processing.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision you make regarding bets, games, or deposits.

Nothing in these Terms limits 321bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data

321bet collects and processes personal information as part of the account registration, KYC verification, and payment processing procedures. The types of information collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and the rights available to you are described in full in the Privacy Policy.

By creating an account on 321bet, you acknowledge that your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with how your information is handled, please do not proceed with registration.

321bet will not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and applicable regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required.

12 Responsible Gaming

321bet is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. By using the Platform, you acknowledge the following:

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using the Platform and may contact support to request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

14 Contact and Disputes

321bet will aim to respond to all player queries in a timely manner. Disputes relating to bet settlements should be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
